Peninsula

The peninsula is divided into two sections -one north of I-90 and one south of I-90. This area of town is surrounded on three sides by Moses Lake. There are many fine lakefront homes and condominiums that have fabulous views of the rising or setting sun. Homes on the lake usually have a dock so that you can take part in all lake activities- fishing, waterskiing, and tubing! Most of the peninsula was developed in the 1950’s through the 1980’s and the homes are very affordable. There are pockets of newer construction. The peninsula is just minutes from downtown. The single-family home values generally range from $100,000 to $700,000.
