About me

I grew up in Hamilton Montana, where my dad co-owned a real estate brokerage. In 1986 our family moved to Moses Lake where I met my husband Rolly. In 1990 we moved to western Washington where I managed in the retail industry. I spent many years in retail negotiating with national manufacturers, which is a skill that is a must in real estate. Rolly & I moved back to Moses Lake in 2001 and studied to be real estate appraisers. We currently own Accredited Appraisal Services and are certified for both residential & commercial property appraisals. As I became more involved in real estate through the appraisal perspective, I realized representing buyers and sellers was really my passion. I have also been actively involved in the Grant County Economic Development Council as a board member, president and past president which included serving on the Executive Committee for 4 years.

My Education

I attended the University of Montana 1984-1986. I am a Washington State Certified Residential Appraiser with education through the Appraisal Institute and have several years of leadership training.

My Family

My husband & I just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. We have a 19 year old son, Matthew who is working and attending Big Bend Community College and we have a 14 year old daughter, Gracie who is attending Moses Lake High School & is excited about being a Chief cheerleader
