About Me

Hello, my name is Vivian Richard, and I am one of the property managers at Windermere/K-2 Realty LLC in Moses Lake, WA. Born and raised in Sacramento, California, I am the youngest of four girls. In 1991, I came to Moses Lake to be closer to family. Gardening and scrap booking are two of my hobbies.

Community

I am an active member of the Moses Lake Lioness Club and enjoy serving my community through this organization. We are very involved in raising money for the American Cancer Society, various local youth organizations, and scholarships to name just a few.
