- Prepare property for rental
- Screen all applicants (credit and criminal history checks)
- Prepare, execute and enforce leases
- Provide and collect keys
- Collect rents and make deposits
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Manage maintenance and repair jobs
- Perform periodic property reviews
- Pay bills
- Remit net proceeds to owners
- Provide monthly and year-end financial statements
- Provide owner and vendor 1099’s
Renting Through Windermere
If you would like to rent a property through Windermere Property Management, it begins with filling out two applications. Please download our Windermere's Rental Housing and Acranet Applications. Print, fill out and sign both of these applications. You must include a non-refundable money order in the amount of $29.00 made payable to Acranet. Applications may be mailed or dropped off at the following address.
